Who: Ages 12-17.
What: We teach young athletes the proper way to condition their bodies for rigors of competitive sports. Athletes who attend our two-week summer program leave with a library of excercises that can be performed with minimal equipment and have the confidence, discipline and knowledge to execute those exercises as a self-motivated young adult.
